Prayer : Unreasonable Boss

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you this day for those who are in a work environment that is unreasonable. We pray that you strengthen those working with supervisors or upper management with uncaring hearts.

Father, we pray for:

• the single mother who was refused the time off to take care of her sick child

• the parent who cannot get the time off to attend their son or daughter school recital

• that employee who has given more than 100% to the cause, gone above and beyond, worked over time without pay and yet to receive any recognition for serving the company well, we pray.

• for those employees who are just tired: tired of the insults, tired of the low wages, poor working conditions and a failing prospect of improvement we place them before you.

Lord we thank You for hearing us, and stand in faith that You either strengthen those enduring these situations or deliver them, in Jesus' might name we pray, Amen.
